Pricing & Billing
Voxa uses pay-as-you-go pricing. You add credit to your account and only get charged per minute for the calls you make. There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, and no hidden charges. Rates vary by destination country.
Your prepaid credit remains available while your Voxa account is active, subject to the current terms of service.
The starting prepaid top-up preset is €5. Available payment methods are shown securely during checkout and may vary by account or region.
No. You only pay the per-minute rate for the actual duration of your connected call. If the call does not connect, you are not charged.
Refund eligibility depends on whether credit has been used and the current terms. Contact support with your account details so the remaining balance and payment can be reviewed.
Your account dashboard shows a real-time balance, complete call history with per-call costs, and downloadable usage reports for expense tracking.
If auto-recharge is available for your account, its threshold and recharge amount appear in billing settings. The checkout and billing screens are the authoritative source for currently available payment features.
Technical
No. Voxa runs entirely in your web browser. There is nothing to download, install, or update. Just open the website, log in, and start calling.
Voxa works on all modern browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated to the latest version for the best experience.
Yes. Voxa works on mobile browsers including Chrome and Safari on both iOS and Android devices. For the best experience on mobile, we recommend using a headset or earphones.
A stable connection with at least 1 Mbps upload and download speed is recommended for HD call quality. Wi-Fi connections tend to provide the most consistent experience. 4G and 5G mobile data also works well.
This is a standard security feature in all browsers. When you make your first call, your browser needs permission to access your microphone so you can speak. You only need to grant this permission once.
Yes. Voxa works with any headset, earphones, or external microphone that your computer or phone recognizes. Using a headset generally improves call quality and reduces echo.
Account & Billing
Click “Create Account,” enter your details, verify your email, and add prepaid credit. Phone verification may be required for caller ID or other protected features and can include a clearly disclosed per-attempt charge.
None. Voxa is completely flexible. There are no contracts, no minimum usage requirements, and no cancellation fees. You can stop using the service at any time.
Email verification protects account access. Phone verification may use a voice or SMS attempt for caller-ID and fraud controls. Any fixed attempt price is shown before the request; unanswered or incomplete provider-initiated attempts are not refunded.
Yes. Business accounts support multiple team members sharing a single credit balance. Each user gets their own login credentials while the account owner manages billing and usage.
Your account dashboard shows a complete history of all calls including date, time, destination, duration, and cost. You can filter by date range and export records as CSV for accounting purposes.
Call Quality
Voxa uses WebRTC audio and adaptive codecs. Actual call quality depends on your internet connection, network latency, the destination carrier, and the device you use.
Rates differ because each country has unique telecom infrastructure costs, carrier fees, and regulatory charges. Countries with more developed telecom networks typically have lower rates.
First, check your internet connection speed and stability. Try switching to Wi-Fi if you are on mobile data. Close bandwidth-heavy applications. If problems persist, contact our support team for assistance.
Inbound calling depends on whether an eligible number and routing option are available for your account and market. Check the live number inventory and capabilities in Voxa rather than assuming every destination supports inbound calls.
Do not assume a call is recorded. If recording is offered for a particular account or call, Voxa will identify the feature in the product. Users remain responsible for consent and recording laws that apply to every participant.
Security & Privacy
Signaling and audio between your browser and Voxa’s communications infrastructure use standard web and WebRTC encryption. Calls bridged to the public telephone network are not end-to-end encrypted across the entire route.
We take data privacy seriously. Your personal information is stored securely and never sold to third parties. We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant payment providers. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. All payment data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Caller ID depends on the selected and verified number, destination, and carrier support. Receiving carriers can modify or suppress caller ID, so identical presentation cannot be guaranteed on every international route.
Contact support immediately and change your password. Voxa can investigate and restrict suspicious access. Use a unique password and protect access to your email account, which is part of account recovery.
